2000 Chevrolet Blazer LT review from North America
"Lemon"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I purchased my Blazer used; loved the size, power, and all the toys, but here is what I have had to do or replace on my Blazer.
At 51,000 the rear end blew up; not like you would think, a piece of metal shot out of the cover. Called the dealer where I purchased it out of warranty. Called Chevy normal use and out of warranty.
At 43,500 gas gauge, drivers side window motor, and seat handle broke off all within a few weeks of each other.
At 53,000 the rear window wiper quit.
At 83,000 a noise from the drivers side. Still working to find out what could be wrong.
Oh I almost forgot, at 74,000 the drivers side door fell and broke the latch off. Same year the 4 wheel drive went out.
General comments?
While I have done most of the work myself, it makes me angry that a company can make a piece of %*#T can still sleep well at night. I have spent a couple thousand on this truck.
