Cross member bushings $50- 110k

Tune up $100 (2x) - 75k/95k/110k

Muffler/Exhaust pipe $150 (2x) -74k/110k

Recall on idler switch replaced 90k

Battery cables (3hrs labor) -114k

Thermostat $25- 75k

Painted $500- 110k

Replaced rear window gas shocks $60/90k.

General comments?

Workhorse that won't stop as long as you keep maintenance on everything. Replacing battery cables is ugly.

A/C can be blizzard-like.

Heat from hell.

Does 60mph quickly. Use platinum plugs

Orig. Radiator+hoses; never overheats

Works better with 800CCA battery.

Exhaust system works depends on quality of metal from your muffler shop, not Chevy. 4x4 pulls the planet; switching electronically not perfect.

Re-paint needed because of previous owner's poor work.

Body strong- good looking, but boxy.

Factory rims clear coat 100% gone.

Electronic 4x4 gear works only, no 4x2;

actuator $100,4x4 useless to me anyway.

Fabric cleans well.

Cargo room+roof rack+folded seat rules!

All power features still work.

My arm isn't comfortable on the armrest

Expect to replace distributor soon $159. Vehicle isn't nimble. Tranny is strong, but not car-like. Braking is OK. Vehicle price is very cheap compared to new suvs by toyota.

No smoking, leaks, on engine.

DO NOT BELIEVE CONSUMER REPORTS.

Above work is normal maintence for SUV.

A good friend. Selling only for mini-van space. Will I get the reliability or the power? We'll see.

I highly recommend for value shoppers.

I am currently taking a look at a 1994 Chevy Blazer s10 Tahoe 4x4 SUV that is for sale down the road. It has a V6 Vortec engine. The thing I have been trying to figure out is if it is a high output engine or a regular one. How can I find this out?

Thanks.
