1972 Chevrolet Blazer K5 review from North America
"Rusty, but trusty"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Engine failed at 100000 miles, replaced with re-manufactured engine.
Had a lot of carburetor problems for the first few years. Finally replaced with Holley performance carburetor.
Had the transfer case rebuilt at 227000.
It has a lot of play in the steering.
It has a lot of rust damage.
General comments?
This blazer is very dependable.
There is a lot of room inside which makes it great for camping.
Its fun to drive with the top off.
