2000 Chevrolet Blazer 2000 LT 4x4 review from North America

Had to replace the alternator.

Radiator fluid leaking into the engine.

Had to replace the radiator.

Fuel gauge was not accurate.

Door panels, and dash would rattle while going down the road.

The back windshield wiper sprayer would not work... the soap would leak through the back hatch and drip off my back bumber.

The rear end was about to go out of it. When I would take off it felt like there was marbles grinding in the transmission. One day it would not go in reverse. The transmission was about to go out. The head gaskets were messed up... not sure what was really wrong with it.

When the motor was hot nothing would leak out. when the motor would cool down the radiator fluid would leak around the motor.

The window buttons on the door panel would pop out all time.

The compass/temp. gauge decided not to work one day... then the next day it was fine.

This was my first car. When my dad found out that we had purchased a car that would give us nothing, but problems we decided to trade it in (Before it got worse) for a ford explorer (which I love) Every time my parents would save up money. They blazer had to be fixed. Every time. Over all it had pretty good pick up. It leaned really bad while taking a turn. I would feel like I was going to turn over. It road really smooth. I didn't have it long enough to try out the 4-wheel drive. I loved the two tone paint that it had. red with silver on the bottom. I didn't like that I had to put it in third gear to pull I trailer with it. I burned a half a tank of gas. I only went 30 miles. I will never own another blazer.
