What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replace transmission twice
Replace altenator
Service engine soon light on constantly
Radiator blew
Fabric falling off visors
Pocket on driverside doorpanel fell off.
General comments?
I really love my blazer, it drives really well and considering how many miles is on it it is still in pretty good condition. We have had quite a few problems out of it, but that is to be expected from a car with so many miles on it.
The interior doesn't look like it's from a car that is 11 years old. The seats are still in amazing condition and the carpet isn't half bad either. However, the dash is starting to turn a bit of a yellowish color.
The one thing about my blazer that reallys bugs me though is my check engine light. I don't remember exactly when it came on, but when my mother drove the blazer it would go off, it would also turn off occassionally if I drove it, but if my brother or dad drove it before they could even get out of the driveway it would turn on. My dad is a mechanic and has tried everything he knows to fix it and we just can't figure it out.
