1997 Chevrolet C1500 Silverado review from North America
"It's a money pit"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Add me to the list as well. My 97 5.7L 1500 had gone to pot. In the last year I have replaced: idle arm, pitman arm, water pump, O2 sensor, master cylinder, rotors, in tank fuel pump and now like everyone else, I have a blown head gasket. What else can go wrong.
General comments?
I will not buy another chevy truck. Prior to this I had a Ford f-150 and I never put a cent into it. I think I will get rid of this one and buy another Ford.
