1985 Chevrolet Camaro z28 review from North America
"Sporty, exciting to drive"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The Z28 is an excellent handling car. Its has plenty of front leg room, but rear passangers will suffer greatly. It is a fairly simple car to repair unlike simular front wheel drive cars that year. The ride is harsh and with plenty of rattles, but this car was built to turn and now give a comfortable ride. Th base 305 is weak, and the fuel injection with auto trans is a better choice for pick up. You feel like your going fast just sitting inside and the instrument panel and layout is excellent. You sit low and feel at ease in front seats. T tops are a added plus, although most all do leak. Body rot is almost non existant in these cars even if they are left outside. Its too bad chevrolet pulled the plug on this car for 2004.
General comments?
You won't be dissapointed.
