1991 Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 review from North America
"Good deal"
General comments?
The car is moderately "quick", but it's nothing to brag or boast about if it is stock.
Modifications i.e. cold air intake are near impossible.
The car handles well at almost any speed due to its weight.
