1989 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 review from North America
"The 1989 Chevy Cavalier Z24 is the best car I have ever owned, by far.."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I lost the headliner because of a water leak in the sun roof... no big deal... I fixed the leak with some black marine caulking...it's fine... no problem.
I have a problem with the power windows.. one motor is gone... on the passenger side.. window is in the up position... the driver's side window works, but needs new tracks and rubber..
Replaced one tire... normal wear..
Had trouble with Vaporlock... solved it by changing the Fuel Filter... adding some Octane Booster... using high grade gas..
My Z is incredible... I can't believe it has given me such good service.
I bought it from a neighbor for 900.00...just because it sounded good... ran good in a test drive... and I've been completely satisfied with it.
I wouldn't part with my Z... it has great take off... I leave 'em all sitting at red lights!
