1990 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 review from North America
"A low costing sporty buy"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Alternator went at about 325 thousand. my transmission right now has serious problems and is being serviced. cv boot also was replaced along with brake pads.
General comments?
This car is very peppy. if you want a reliable car that is cheap and kinda fast get a beretta gt (just make sure it has decent miles) the 3.1 is a good choice in a car that only weighs 2700 pounds. personally I like the older interior design of the beretta's. the newer style came out in 91 and really made the car look like a grandma car. the interior is too stiff where as my 1990 has great seating and comfort.
