1989 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 review from North America
"Aw-some car, you can't get the performance out of any other economy car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I had to replace the all three coil packs. Tranny and clutch, the floor board rotted out that was great. I had to replace the top, but you can't expect them to last forever. Both ball joints, struts, shocks, but it was all worth it.
General comments?
Over all the car is aw-some, I roasted a 94 Camaro rs yesterday and the guy was mad about it I thought the was gonna cry for an economy car the cavalier has a lot of performance.
I have never met any one that wasnt satisfied with there cavalier aside from the owners of the new models, personally I don't like those either, there slow and common theres nothin special about them.
The only thing I didn't like about my cavy is the handling, its extremely loose I had to step up to a 16 inch rim and low profile tire.
I recently purchased a 3.1 turbo out of an 91 GTP I hope to have it in with in a couple of months so b afraid b very afraid.
