"A great starter car for anyone!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The fuel pump totally gave out on the car at about 80,000 miles (from what others have said my pump lasted longer than most other Cavaliers).
The interior carpet started to really wear badly at about 50,000 miles. Extreme care was taken of the interior, but it just didn't help.
General comments?
This car handles well considering that it is a small family car.
The interior space is limited and not recommended for a family car.
There are very few blind spots which makes this car a winner for a high school student or younger driver.
The car has great performance once the engine is tweaked and adjusted (for instance: new premium spark plugs, cool air intake system, and a professional muffler). With these relatively cheap alterations the car performs like a dream for the money.
