1990 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 review from North America
"Best model GM ever made"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
- Needed a paint job
- The door locks needed to be changed
- Muffler rusted fast
- Water Leaked into the car from the driver door had to change rubber and replace hinges.
General comments?
This is the first car I ever bought and I'm crazy about it. I finally got one at 2000$ Canadian needed some minor repairs, but still drove smooth. Its got so much power and torque. Its truly different from all the newer Cavaliers Z24 ever made. The engine never gives me a problem even with 258000 kilometers on it. The body of the car is original for its time came with skirts, a ram air scoop made of fiberglass and a 3.1L V6 engine... was built like a little race. Gotta love it.
