2005 Chevrolet Colorado Extended Cab Z71 review from North America
"Great all around vehicle for passengers and hauling"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced oxygen sensor (under warranty).
Very, very slight pull to the right. It is so minor that I never bothered to take it to the alignment shop.
General comments?
Great car / truck.
I have the cheap version with the bench front seats. The seats on a very long trip can get uncomfortable. The front bucket seat option would have fixed this problem.
I did an 1100 mile trip yesterday and got 25.5 miles per gallon running empty at 65 mph with the outside temperatures of -5 to +20 F.
I prefer my Jimmy to my Colorado for long trips because of the convenience features. I could have purchased the same convenience features on the Colorado, but this was purchased as a cheaper second vehicle.
I occasionally tow a 11,000 GVW trailer with John Deere diesel tractor on it. It does this with ease.
