1992 Chevrolet Corsica review from North America

This car seems to have constant problems with overheating. We have replaced everything from the radiator tank to the water pump. It just seems to always run on the warm side.

I have had to replace the alternator.

The seal around the windshield seems to constantly becoming loose somewhere as I have ended up with puddles of water on the floor of my vehicle more than once.

I bought this car for approximately $4000.00 and it has been the best money I have probably ever invested. This car as driven me from North Dakota to Arkansas and back. It has driven me from ND to Oregon and back. It has driven me from ND to Virginia on three separate occasions and on one of those trips we took a side trip from Virginia to Alabama before we came back. This is not counting the numerous trips to South Dakota and back that I have made. I have not ever had one problem on the road with this car.

Other than regular maintenance, I have not had any major problems with this car until recently where it is starting to nickel-dime me. Of course, this can probably be expected on a car that has close to 150,000 miles on it. Parts tend to wear out.

I live in ND where it gets below zero many days a week in the winter. With a block heater. Absolutely no problems with starting.

Overall a very good investment.
