1979 Chevrolet Corvette L48 review from North America
"I love my Vette"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Rear wheel bearings replaced this year. The paint is sun faded and is being repainted this fall. We have replaced the carpets and seats. The biggest improvement was replacing the General motors carburetor with a Edelbrac1406 650 CFM carb and performance intake manifoil.
General comments?
This Red 79 is very quick. It has been clocked at 137 M.P.H. Not bad for a 27 year old.
