2007 Chevrolet Impala review from North America
"Certainly NOT built for police service"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Tire wear excessive: replaced tires at 8000 miles had front end aligned at 12000 miles, replaced tires at 15000 due to excessive wear.
Brakes: pads and rotors replaced at 12000 miles.
General comments?
Although this vehicle is a police car it is supposed to be built for police service according to General Motors yet is is not holding up like the Ford Crown Vics.
Attempts to talk to GM customer service have failed with excuse after excuse, but no help in rectifying these problems.
