1995 Chevrolet Lumina review from North America
"Not too bad for a used car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Took the car in to get a/c fixed (never has worked since I bought it used, so this was something I was trying to vamp up), and next thing I know my anti-theft system won't allow my car to start. The car spent a week and a half in the shop getting that fixed. After having it 2 days, the brakes lock up-got that fixed, but now I'm w/out cruise. Had I known I'd be trading my cruise for a/c (and around $500 in parts and labor), I would've never taken it in in the first place. In all probability though, this could be a mechanic problem, and not a car one, but either way, I still paid for it (literally). Other than the above stated, I've had no major problems.
General comments?
Car had a rebuilt engine in it when I bought it used, but I've had no problems whatsoever (knock on wood!). Not that great on gas mileage, IMO. Never had an oil leak either (another knock on wood!). Great car for the price I paid.
