The brakes have been replaced multiple times, the first time under warranty.
The AC is not working as it should. In a half hour commute, it does not cool the car down at all.
Wheel bearings needed replacing at 45,000. The ABS came on.
The tires that came with the vehicle (performance tires) were so bad in the snow I had to immediately replace them.
I would never recommend this car to anyone. I wish it was paid off so I could get rid of it. I won't ever buy a Chevy again.
You either got a lemon or your maintenance of a car isn't exactly kept up. I've replaced the brakes once and that was at 65k miles. My wheel bearings are completely fine and am almost at 70k. On my second set of tires only because I myself damaged the tires. The ones from the factory aren't performance tires. You might not recommend it, but I do. I've only had to change the lower intake manifold gasket cause it's a KNOWN problem with this engine. Did it myself for about 70 dollars. If you went to a mechanic and paid more than 600-700 you got screwed.
I replaced my wheel bearing at 75,000 miles, but it is just wear and tear. I kept the maintenance up to date and had no problems with my car. No leaks, stalls or over heating nothing. Treat it right and it'll treat you right.
