2001 Chevrolet Malibu review from North America
"Beats the"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Turned the front rotors and replaced pads at 58,000 miles.
General comments?
My wife and I agree that the "cheaper" Chevy Malibu simply makes our previous 2000 Buick LeSabre look like a lemon. We have have no problems with the window motors, water leaks, brake problems, etc.We were somewhat hesitant to "come down" to Chevy from Buick, but we are very pleased with the Malibu.
We should have selected one with the power drivers seat ie: the LS. My wife is getting a consistent 27 MPG from home to work. Yes, we would own another one!
