1997 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS review from North America
"Best 250 bucks I've ever spent"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Alternator at 132K.
Previous owner wore brakes down to the vents in rotor at 126K.
Exhaust Crossover Pipe at 132K.
General comments?
This Car is quick, quiet, so very comfortable, big, and it handles very well for such a heavy FWD car. The trunk is HUGE. The engine is very low maintenance, the ride is so smooth and quiet.
I bought the car in rough shape with 126K from the previous owner and after a little TLC shes the finest black beauty around.
The looks are amazing mine is an LS with Alloys and the overall looks are amazing.
The Engine is quiet, low maintenance and can take any of the beatings I put it through.
The Cabin area is huge. I owned a Corolla before and this car feels like a bus compared to it. Its got enough room to transport 18 tires in a COUPE!!!
Overall I love this car. It starts every day, no check engine lights, no hesitation, no problems, and it looks good while doing it.
