"Very big disappointment"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Transmission replaced by the dealer at 15,000 miles.

Transmission needed total rebuild at 29,000 miles.

Alternator replaced at 30,000 miles.

Transmission needed total rebuild at 32,000 miles.

General comments?

I love this car for it's sportiness, but don't know why I have put up with it this long. It has truly been a disappointment considering the price paid for it.

Definitely has a mechanical defect, making it blow transmissions.

Looks great, but runs terrible.

It handles exceptionally well when it's running.

It sounds like you are a bit hard on the car, causing the transmission to repeatedly breakdown... you need to lighten up a little on the gas pedal, and treat it properly, it is not a race car, it is a passenger automobile.

Hey I have One still it has 200,000 miles on it and the only thing I had to replace on it was the transmission at 192,000 miles it is a great car you must abuse your.

This car is great! It runs great and it looks really sporty, and its fast too! Chicks dig it! I have raced and beaten Mustangs, and many other cars! The car sounds great and looks cool with the dual exhaust! The interior is very comfortable and roomy! Everyone always tells me how much they like my car. I have just over 120,000 miles, and have had no major problems with it. I have replaced the spark plugs, and wires. Other than that the car has been great!
