1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Super Sport review from North America
"The best car GM ever made!!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
So far, I had very few problems. The only problem I've had so far is that I blew the bottom end of the transmission out. I have driven the car hard everyday. The drivers side seat has some little tears, but no big deals and the paint has some surface rust. I am going to get a new paint job on it soon.
General comments?
I have had a passion for these cars since I was 9, I am now 16 and love my Monte Carlo SS. I wouldn't trade it in for anything. I have plans for Cragar SS wheels and a 454 to go under the hood. This car handles like a dream with my sway bars and new shocks.
