1995 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS review from North America
"Great Luxury and performance for the price"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing major at all.
Leather seats worn a bit.
Ash Tray lid broken.
Center Console broken.
That's it.
No performance problems at all.
If you maintain the car it will love you forever.
General comments?
The car has 100k miles on it and it feels better then it did since I bought it, Thanks to new plugs/wires.
Tranny feels great and the Engine feels smooth.
While the car isn't a racer, it picks up for its heavy body. It's a great car to cruise around in. Very comfortable , and roomy:
The back seat is very roomy for a 2 door. The seats fold down in the back, I was able to fit an 8' ladder in the trunk. Everything in the car has room.
Doors may be a bit heavy for some, buts it's a Monte Carlo, not a Honda.
It handles great in the rain and snow.
Gas mileage is about average.
****Major Testament **** I was in an accident in this car, a pick up truck hit me nearly head on and no damge to the frame at all. I got the car repaired and its looks better then new. This is a very safe car to be in, its built strong and theres nothing cheap about it. Nearly the whole driver side needed to be repaired.

For pictures, including accident pics.
Bottom Line: Its not a 4 door Lumina as most will tell you. This is a very sleek and stylish car car. I am 21 years old and this car is far from a "old mans" car as most will say as well. Best thing I have ever bought. I get compliments on it all the time. I love it.
