1972 Chevrolet Nova Base review from North America
"Chevrolet Milestone"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Most of these things was because of how old it was.
The radiator cracked.
The master cylinder was shot.
Seats where very badly worn.
The smog pump froze.
One engine cylinder was not working ever.
Turn signal unit burnt out.
Clutch sliped.
Carburetor had to be replaced a few times.
Windshield washer pump was out.
That's about it.
General comments?
The car was the toughest thing that I ever owned. I drove That car with one dead cylinder for 5 years. The car was a rust bucket. The rust was only surface rust, but a lot of it. The car was a tank. It was blue on the bottem with a white top. It has dog dish style hubcaps with factory blue body colured rims. The car ran strong at 70 mph on the highway and cruised with no problem in the city. The only bad thing was thet there was so many hill in San Francisco. The clutch finally blew and I sold it and baught a perfect condition 68 Ford.
