"Never do it again!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I actually have an Optra and the gas consumption is incredible, as a matter of fact it's annoying. The car does not give more than 7.2 Kms/lt.
Even though I know it's automatic, that I don´t rise the tachometer far beyond than 2000 rpm. The tire inflation is currently at 34 psi, the car is really a guzzler!.
Don´t know why the transmission is very noisy in first gear, you can hear the turbine in 1st and 2nd gear, then, no more.
It seems to me this car has had many technical problems since the beginning, but let´s face it, the car is made in Korea, and made by Daewoo, like any MicroWave or a Washing-Machine, what can anyone wait for!!?
General comments?
Very hard suspension.
On hard turns, the car goes straight. I don´t know how to spell it in english, in spanish is "sub-viraje".
When you position the gear in Drive, Reverse or down shift to 2nd., it takes almost a second for the transmission to change to the gear you chose; sometimes that´s not only disturbing, but eventually dangerous when you need to speed up quickly.
Maybe the only thing I like about it is that the design is made by Pininfarina.
