1989 Chevrolet S-10 tahoe review from North America
"Tough/Dependable/Fixable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced starter
O2 sensor
torsion bar cross member mounts replaced after a long search for a banging noise which I thought was the exhaust.
I think the oil pressure switch needs to be replaced now, it's giving erratic readings.
General comments?
I love this truck! Paid $3200 and it came with a plow. I plow my drive and the private road I live on and this thing will move snow with little effort. I got a 3" body lift with over sized tires on it 31's I think. I gave it a good tune up when I first got it. Plan on parking it this summer and replacing rocker panels and cab corners.
