1992 Chevrolet S-10 Pickup Tahoe review from North America
"Decently powered, decently performing, economical, reliable truck with much potential"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Heater core sprung a leak at around 85000 miles.
Catalytic converter is starting to clog.
General comments?
Very reliable, dependable, and decent power. Acceleration is there (better than the four cylinder), however highway performance leaves somewhat to be desired. If you are cruising at 70 and want to pass quickly, good luck.
I have air shocks in the back, and it handles great when hauling heavy loads.
It handles in a reliable manner and sticks to the road when its dry (I have 15x8 rims). However, the rear gets loose quickly in the rain.
