Heater went after 69,000 miles. two dealerships could not repair heater.
S-10 has a poor ride. Otherwise, no other problems with vehicle besides heater.
Doesn't sound too bad to me if that's really all that's gone wrong in 80k over 5 years.
Anyone reading all these reviews better see a pattern. My S10 was a complete piece of garbage. Without a doubt the worst vehicle I have ever owned.
I was somewhat patient with my other American made vehicles, but this one pushed me over the edge. I am now a happy Toyota and Honda owner. No American car company will ever get a dime of mine again.
I am born and raised in the USA, and all I've got to say is GO JAPAN; you guys know how to engineer and build a vehicle!!! Sure, we need people to Buy American.. people who like spending all their money on repairs, just so they can say they are patriotic.
