What things have gone wrong with the car?
Had to replace transmission, radiator, encoder motor (for automatic 4 wheel drive system, very $$$), tires and tensioner pulley all around 99,000 miles. Currently at 132,000 miles truck leaks small amounts of engine oil, and large amounts of gear oil from the front transfer case. UV joints need to be replaced and wipers sometimes don't work.
General comments?
Bought the truck from neighbor who used it to pull a 20 ft boat so at 100,000 miles it was no surprise that it needed a Second! transmission. other than that the rest was needed maintenance.
Very good truck overall, gets 15-21 mpg. not bad on hwy, but poor city driving.
Got rear-ended by a GEO going 15mph totaling the car not a scratch to truck tho. (all, but a cracked lic. plate cover)
can get anything off road
Great power for a small truck!
