"A lemon"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
It is on its 3rd transmission, and 5th torque converter. Just picked it up a few days ago and is shifting hard again in low gears... just do not know what to do next... it is not in warranty, we still owe 8,500 on it and no one knows how to fix it...

Shifts so hard in low, jerks your neck.
