1997 Chevrolet Tahoe lt review from North America
"Excelent"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have replaced the brakes and rotors 3 times since I have owned it, but mostly because I tow a lot with it to Florida and back. I have also replaced the fuel pump at 130,000. and right now I am replacing the head gasket because it started leaking antifreeze, also replaced the ball joints at 185,000 miles.
General comments?
Other than those parts I have replaced I have had no problems with it. it drives straight as an arrow and wouldn't hesitate to travel with it even at 200,000 miles. I think that the Tahoe is a very good SUV, very comfortable to travel in and roomy. as for gas mileage I guess if you bought one you were not looking for a great gas mileage vehicle. I am proud to own a Chevy Tahoe.

| An awesome performer on or off road, high in comfort, good looking truck, but painfully unreliable! |
