1996 Chevrolet Tracker 1996 Geo review from North America

I just had to put a starter on it two weeks ago.

The starter parts and install ran $175.00.

A sensor went out also.

This is the second clutch I am putting in it today.

One three years ago and the dealer told me it only had a two year warranty.

I have had it almost 4 years and besides brake pads and tires this is really the first time I have had to do anything to it. I did buy it used and the clutch was put in by the dealership under wawarrenty. I am alittle shocked that I am putting a clutch in it so soon.

It is a 1996 though and I really have been pleased with the performance and gass miliage. I Ooops Cattaletic converter is out also. I don't believe I am hard on the clutch most of the time I think I baby it.

I really have been happy with it. I have had routine oil changes and I had regular tires put on it. I had the great big tracker tires taken off and I think it handles much better.

Wow even with the regular tires the 4 wheel drive is great I think it handles sooo well in even the worst weather.

I was driving my Geo in a snow emergency and my vehicle was the only one handling well on the road.

Other 4 wheel drives weren't doing near as well

I was just so pleased I was able to drive when I had to especially as bad as the weather was.

I think it is adorable and fun. My kids love it.

17 & 13 I go into the store sometimes and they have the top all stripped off. It really is fun.

However one think is I do have a minor stalling out issue sometimes. It seems that if I keep at leleast mid grade gas and only BP gas that it takes care of the problem.
