2004 Chevrolet Van Express 2500 review from North America

I had a problem with the starter once before, but they replaced it.

I might need a new power steering hose, because I have to keep adding power steering fluid and it's leaking.

The interior is falling apart due to cheap plastic that they designed on this van.

Brakes, tires, tune-ups, oil changes, fluid flushes, etc.

This is company van. I work for a maintenance company. This was given to me new in 2004 and has been a pretty good van. It's better than my last company van because it's bigger, which is good because I carry a lot of stuff. The other van I always had to squash everything, and some things would get damaged because of that.

Another reason I got this van, is because the other van, which was a Ford Windstar, was having a lot of problems, but it had over 250,000 miles on it, so that was probably one reason.

This van I have now is made by GM. Now that company is going way down under, because I'm now understanding that most of their vehicles are horrible, and nobody has been buying them I guess. However, I never buy vehicles, I just drive what I'm given. I'm just shocked because these are one of the best vans I ever had, and it's made by a poor manufacturer.

I only had a problem with the starter, and now with the power steering, but it's got high mileage so what do you expect. I always put on a lot of mileage, because I do a lot of driving for my job. I like it, because the gas mileage is good for its class. It runs and drives nice, and it's big enough to hold all my stuff for work.
