1998 Chevrolet Venture review from North America
"Reasonably reliable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Reliable starting and running,
poor/ broken cup holders, replaced
head gasket once cheaper (300 or $400) to do than
previous chrysler product, head light
assembly leaked, heat controler lower
2 settings stopped working, rear wiper
failed. Replaced break motors for
antilock at 100,000 or so.
Total cost per mile even with repairs
not bad, would have gone to 150K miles
or more except due to accident. Metal wore through driver seat.
General comments?
Was generally reliable, head gaskets
seem to go on all minivans not expensive to fix on this one, cost
per mile not bad, always started and
ran.
