I have owned this vehicle for 2 weeks & right away noticed that the vehicle was pulling to the right. I phoned & had it booked for an alignment.
A few days after driving the vehicle I noticed the gas gauge was no longer working.
Looking on the Internet at reviews of this vehicle (which I wish I would have done prior to purchasing) I noticed that the gas gauge had been a problem for others.
I had an appointment at the dealership where purchased and I mentioned for them to also check the Manifold Intake Gasket. I actually have no idea what that even is. I mentioned it anyways since I had read on reviews that it had been a problem with the vehicle in the past for other.
Sure enough, the manifold intake gasket is being repaired & I have not had a vehicle for more than 24 hours.
I plan on taking this vehicle to a shop & having the whole thing looked at bumper to bumper since my warranty will only be good for 3 months & I won't be able to afford all the problems. Especially if it's as great of a vehicle (laugh) as I've read it is. It's actually a scary thought.
Pros: Looks nice & handles well.
You should have purchased the six year, 80,000 mile warranty that was available. Yes I beat that warranty to death. Head gasket 2 times (2x), speedometer 3x (the last time at 21,000 miles), front driver seat assembly, power window motors both sides 3x in total, seat belt retractors 2x, transmission at 16,000 miles. But the van still has some great points, 16 sheets of 3/4 inch plywood with the back door closed, 34 mpg on the highway and 27 mpg in the city, filled the tires on grandson's new wagon using the compressor and 49 flats of 24's for a party.
