1995 Chrysler Cirrus LX review from North America
"I love it and want to keep it, but it needs help"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The car was given to me. The previous owner thought it was a fuel pump, he liked the car, but, had 2 other vehicles, and as this one wasn't running, didn't want to put any time or money into it.
The car ran fine for me for a week or so, but then it quit. A buddy of mine who is a class A mechanic said it is not the fuel pump, but an ignition module. Here is the problem. No auto parts here have one, and they say, and I quote "We cannot get that part". Is it against the law to sell it, or, is my buddy possibly wrong and it is instead the fuel pump module gone haywire? Any help out there? I haven't had it long, but, I love the car.
General comments?
It is a great car... when it is running. I have driven it and rode around in it when my friend had it. But, when it decides to act up... it really acts up.
