This car comes in way under the radar in the performance catagory, Huge L4 with a large turbo and factory intercooler, live rear axle, rugged 5 speed transmission, 4 wheel independent suspension, 4 wheel disk brakes, factory anti-lock brakes, and best of all factory 16"x8" front and 16"x9" rear wheels.
If you are taller than 6' it can be a little cramped.
In 2005 it can be a little tricky to find a reputable technition to work on or repair this vehicle. If possiable buy the dealer repair manual and have enough mechanical ability to work on it yourself.
I read the review of the 87 Conquest. It has helped me make a decision on weather or not to by one. I ran across this one in a ladies back yard, it has been sitting for nearly 10 years, but it is rust free and very complete. I can buy it for 300.00. I am sure that is a good buy, if I am wrong please let me know.
cliff.
3.00 bucks is WAY GOOD for that car bro. and with less than a grand (assumeing it all runs okay) you have a VERY fast car. (I love mine) ~tony.
