2000 Chrysler Intrepid sedan review from North America
"Not bad if you don't mind putting a new engine in your car every 50 to 60 thousand miles"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The engine had to be replaced after only 58,000 miles due to "Engine Sludge". Due to the fact I still had another year an a half of payments I decided to replace the engine. But of course this engine is beginning the tell tell signs of the good 'ol "Engine Sludge" build up. I do not have the heart to sale it to anyone not even my worst enemy. So I will drive it till it dies AGAIN. Hopefully my children will not be in the car with when it decides to go to the great lemon in the sky.
General comments?
Feel absolutely violated by Daimler Chrysler Dodge because after this first engine blew I learned on www.intrepidhorrorstories.com that they new about this "Engine Sludge" problem for more than two years.
