1991 Chrysler LeBaron Convertable review from North America
"Let's go cruising around the lake"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Bought car for only $1200, my first car.
Very little exterior damage, except some dings and scratches.
Rear Driver-side window's power motor is missing.
Just replaced thermostat, but is still steaming because of a slash in the overflow tank. Replaced pressure cap of radiator.
Oil and filter change on purchase, as well as windshield wipers and air filter.
Mileage is unknown, because it is broken. Speedometer sometimes sticks if cap it hot (damn sun!)
Lights sometimes don't shut off, but switch between high and low beams. Replaced right side High/Low beam light.
General comments?
Great gas mileage, I only have to fill up every two weeks, even if I decide to cruise around town or go to a friends house twice or thrice a week.
Looks great with top down, except for that one window that doesn't roll down.
Seats are very comfy, but can only sit 3 plus driver.
Bench seat. ;)
Power convertible top!
Love manual shifting, Give you that NASCAR feel.
