1994 Chrysler LHS Fifth Avenue Edition review from North America
"I wouldn't own another LHS or any newer cars since parts and servicing are so expensive"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Bought the car from a small used car dealer and two days later the engine would stall whenever it warmed up. The dealer I bought it off would not take care of the problem even though it was under warranty.
I later found it was not a manufacturer fault, but that someone had changed the spark plugs and incorrectly gapped them, resulting in engine overheating and the sensors going bad.
General comments?
Nice and roomy, like my '88 Fifth Avenue, but the ride wasn't as smooth and it was noisier too.
Great sound system.
Fast acceleration was a plus.
I took a personal loan out to buy the car, but counldn't afford to pay for the repairs, so I traded it in on an older car.
