2007 Chrysler Pacifica Touring review from North America
"A very BIG and comfortable tourer"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing major or minor has gone wrong with this car.
I have not had it into the dealership except for regular servicing.
General comments?
This cross over is BIG and extremely comfortable.
At 6 foot 4, I have more than enough head, leg and hip room on very comfortable seats.
Mine has 4 buckets and a smallish 3 seater in the rear, good for small people.
All seats fold flat, which results in a huge luggage capacity.
The 4.0 litre engine for 2007 models is a big improvement on prior year models and operates with a low throaty growl when pressed.
The 6 speed tranny does seem to shift a lot, but I guess that is normal for a 6 speed.
The only negatives I can think of are relatively poor city mileage (13L/100km) and, until you are used to it, blind sight spots in the rear. However, if you use your mirrors properly and are always aware of the surrounding traffic, this is no longer a problem.
Overall, a super driver with 255 HP performance.
