2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser review from North America
"It was an excellent machine!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing went wrong during the whole lease.
General comments?
This was an excellent small car.
It started without fail in our very cold winters; no boosts or plug-ins. Despite some of the claims seen, it was very good on fuel and would travel from Ottawa to Halifax on 2 (two) tanks of fuel or about 42mpg (imperial).
It was very rugged too; I drove it hard (two sets of tires in 80,000km hard) and it never whimpered. It wasn't the quickest thing around but it kept up with other small cars just nicely.
I loved the interior room, especially the head and shoulder room. It fitted my weight-lifter frame just fine whereas the previous small car was too darned tight for me.
