1998 Chrysler Sebring Convertible JXi review from North America
"So far very happy with it"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Have only owned the car a few weeks, and need a few minor repairs. The horn doesn't work properly and the power window control for the front passenger window is a bit iffy at times. Other than that, it is in great condition.
General comments?
Already been on one road trip of over 1000 miles round trip, and the car performed wonderfully! It was made for the highway. Smooth handling and ride make it a joy to drive on the open road. Even driving at highway speeds with the top down, noise level is not bad.
Was also quite nice driving on winding, country back roads. Steering is responsive enough to make it feel almost like a sports car... a BIG sports car!
City driving can be less pleasurable. The car has a tendency towards a rougher idle, more noticeable in stop and go traffic.
Overall, a pleasure to drive... and it's always nice to have people pull up next to you at a stop light and gaze admirably at the car and sat "niiiice car!" This has already happened many times (three times yesterday!)
