1997 Chrysler Sebring Convertible JX review from North America
"Nice looks, poor performance"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Oil pressure sensor replaced at 47,000 miles.
Oil pump replaced at 47,350 miles.
Transmission stuck in second gear 47,720 miles. Dealer reset the computer.
Transmission replaced at 48,150 miles.
Three fuel injectors replaced at 68,000 miles.
Whole fuel system and all the injectors replaced at 68,900 miles.
Dash board computer system (odometer and tachometer) comes on after fifteen minutes of driving and sometimes doesn't come on at all.
Cars rear floods from heavy rain.
Passenger seat sticks and doesn't move from it's position.
General comments?
Car handles well, specially around turns.
However car has a lot of mechanical errors and lack of horse power.
Car also has a lot of blind spots when the tops up.
