1997 Chrysler Sebring Coupe LXI review from North America
"Love hate relationship"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Leaks oil.
Bumper hangs down.
Door panels fall off.
Exhaust has holes.
Transmission blew only 3 months after I had it.
Windows fall of the track.
Fouls out plugs so it can't start.
Replaced EGR valve twice.
General comments?
Very nice looking car after I did some mods.
Driving it through the snow rips apart the plastic, and it sits way too low for the roads in Upper Michigan.
Car drove very good on dry pavement and handled very well, but in ice or snow, you can't move let alone turn.
I drove the car with TLC and it still failed me, when I bought the car it had cosmetic defects, but I fixed those, then the engine and trans problems started this winter.
Not a good winter car, but it still looks like a performance car when it is clean, and together.
