Serious issue with the air conditioning system design.
My experience with other cars has been that once there is an AC repair, there is contamination in the system that causes all following repairs to not last as long as one would like. It sounds like you are encountering that. In engineering terms, it is the difference of MTBF and MTTF (mean time between failures and and mean time to failure, which is understood to be the first failure.) Just an observation. I'm sorry I don't have any useful advice.
