1996 Chrysler Town and Country review from North America
"Totally unreliable piece of junk"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced the multi-function switch at 80,000 miles.
Replaced the computer at 80,000 miles.
(total cost of about $1,200)
Transmission has failed at 92,000 miles.
Leaky water pump at 92,000 miles.
General comments?
Please avoid this car at all costs. I deeply regret getting involved with this one. It has cost me $5,000 since I bought it, and it is sucking money at an alarming rate to just keep it running.
The transmission recently ran out in traffic, my wife and kid were on it. No way would I trust Chrysler ever again.
