1996 Chrysler Town and Country LX review from North America
"An overrated vehicle by far"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When I purchased this vehicle we had a complete tune-up done on it. 2 Months and 1500 miles later the spark plugs were miss firing so we replaced the 6 $9.00 a piece platinum plugs again this problem has happened numerous times. I too have windshield wipers with a mind of their own even after a $200.00 new wiper motor that the dealer says is in no way faulty after being replaced twice. My front passenger axle started popping around 90,000 Miles another $650.00 bill. And then My driver side did the same 44 miles later. My transmission also has mind of its own and only acts screwy if the dealership is not driving it. Have replaced lock-out converter since it is a non overdrive. Have replaced fan relay twice. The gas tank leaks even after the latest lock ring recall.
