1990 Citroen AX K-WAY review from Turkey
"Old but you can trust it"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
At 170000 km it begins to getting wet inside when raining, seats are really soft especially at long distances they are uncomfortable, standart tyres are really small and you don't have much choice to change the dimensions, the parts that joining front tyres to body fails so many time, I can't believe this small car has a fuel consumption in city traffic is 9-10 Lt/100 km.
General comments?
Despite its minor problems never stops or fall down, because of its age generally ı have a lot of minor problems but most of them is not important, at 135000 km ı have gearbox problem it begins to make noise when put it in 2nd gear but the service tried 3 times to repair but they could not so I replaced whole gearbox. As a first car or if you use it generally in city its very practical and easy to use, the spare parts are really cheap and also very easy to replace. On highway at average speed of 130-140 km/h fuel consumption is 5.5 Lt/100 Km its a little bit confusing because there is a huge difference between of consumption in city traffic and highway. as a result it has a lot of minor problems because of its age but you can trust this car it never falls you down and its really cheap to handle.
